CHED GLADDING-Ched has been in the marine business for his entire working career. His experience includes twenty years as Marketing Director for Pearson Yachts in Rhode Island, two years as VP Sales for Cabo Rico Yachts in Ft. Lauderdale and twelve years as a yacht broker on Florida's West Coast. In that time he has sold hundreds of boats, both power and sail, and made lots of friends along the way.

TIMOTHY TROTTER-We recruited Timothy from one of the leading boat dealerships in his home state of Arkansas. Many people are unaware of the lakes and boating opportunities in Arkansas but as Timothy proved-many,many boats are sold there. The opportunity to sell bigger, more expensive boats on a year round basis was simply too much of a lure and we enticed him to join us in the Sunshine State. No fear, as it pertains to people, would sum Timothy up. CAPT. TERRY SCHOCH-Capt. Terry has sold boats as a full time licensed yacht broker for over 20 years in the local area, and has been either the listing or selling broker in over 500 boat sales.
Prior to that he owned a boat repair and maintenence company and managed a fleet of charter boats.
Over the years he has become familiar with the operation, performance, pro's and con's of all the different brands and types of boats. So whether you are new to boating or have been boating a lifetime he is eager to help you find the right boat for your current needs.
When it comes time to sell your boat he has the experience needed to successfully market your boat in today's uncertain economy.
A good portion of Terry's business comes from repeat customers.

WALT HAGAN-Walt Hagan is one of those special achievers in management and leadership who is a stand up thinker. His high point of management was with a retail chain in south Florida when he trained and developed 275 employees and that store achieved the highest profit margin and the lowest shortage in the Jefferson chain. He also managed stores with W. T. Grant and Goodyear.@For 25 years he was self employed in home & marine repair, which was a stark change from 13 years in retail management but success showed itself through his being a self starter.
For 18 yrs Walt served in the United States Power Squadron teaching the public safe boating and achieving the position of Commander. During this period of time he received his Captain's license. This was a natural progression since he was an Admiral at age 14 when he owned 3 boats. Of the 45+ years living in Florida he was never with out a boat.
Walt spent 7+ years in Costa Rica as an independent missionary with his second wife, Jill.
Walt's current focus with Bayside Yacht Sales is finding, listing and selling yachts primarily of $50,000+. With his Realtor license he also located businesses for sale, with or without commercial property, an area of real estate professionalism that is truly needed in our communities. He has also experienced foreign business & yacht sales/inquiries.
